ORDINAL Purchase and Investment Agreement

This contract (“Contract”) is entered into between the holder of the ORDINAL (“Buyer”) and Sun of Beach, LLC, located at 99 Wall Street, 10005, owner of www.bitcoinluxury.club (“Company”).

1. NFT Delivery: The Company agrees to send this ORDINAL to the Buyer upon purchase.

2. Use of Funds: The Company agrees to allocate the funds obtained from the sale of the ORDINAL to the percentages published on the platform and to comply with the objectives established in the Roadmap.

3. Investment Agreement: The Company and the Buyer agree to establish an associated investment contract. The Company agrees to arrange a meeting with the Buyer to agree on the terms of the associated investment contract. According to the preliminary terms, the Buyer will receive 24% of the Company’s annual net revenue indefinitely. The Buyer agrees to actively participate in important decisions of the Company and to provide their knowledge and expertise in good faith to help achieve common goals.

4. Reservation of BLC Tokens: The Company agrees to reserve 50,000 BLC Tokens for the Buyer.

5. Applicable Law: This Contract shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to its conflicts of legal principles.
